Big Ideas Unit 8 - Basics of Geometry

Objective:  Students will use the basics of geometry to solve 
problems using points, lines, planes, the Midpoint and Distance formulas.

Correct:  Review Activity for 8.1 - 8.3

Assignment:  8.5 Exercises #1 - 14, 17 - 30, 33 - 41, pages 419 - 421.

           

Homework:  Finish through the 8.4 Exercises.

Periods 4, 6, and 7   Math 8

Big Ideas Unit 8 - Volume of Cylindrical Solids

Objective:  Students will find the volume of 3-D cylindrical solids.

Correct:    8.3 Exercises #14 - 18, page 353.
