Period 3 Honors Math

Objective:  Students will assessed on the math concepts of Unit 1
                  Students will review graphing on number lines to prepare
                  for Unit 2 - Solving Linear Inequalities.

Correct:     Math puzzles, riddles from Friday.

Assignment:  Unit 1 Test.
                    Unit  2 - MMP page 51 #1 - 12.
                        Exploration 1 and 2 page 53.

Homework:     No homework due to assembly schedule today.


Periods 4, 6, and 7   Math 8

Objective:  Students will move and change figures on a coordinate plane, using
                  the four types of transformations:  translation, rotation, reflection,
                  and dilation.
Correct:     Math puzzles, riddles from Friday.

Assignment:  Lesson 2.2 On Your Own pages 50-51 #1 - 5.
                        Lesson 2.2 Exercises pages 52 - 53 #1 - 27.                          
Homework:  Finish through Lesson 2.2 Exercises.
